We clean all sorts of roofs in Yarm, from pantiles to concrete tiles, around Levendale, Leven Park and the rest of the town. Shaded roofs tend to get the heaviest moss, and left alone it holds water, lifts tiles and blocks gutters.

It's just not the method we prefer for roofs. Removing moss by hand and treating the roof with biocide gets the thick growth off and keeps working on what's left after we've gone.
It kills the moss and algae spores left on the tiles after the moss is removed, which slows down regrowth and keeps the roof looking cleaner for longer.
Some always falls into the gutters while we work, so clearing it out is part of every roof clean. You won't be left with blocked gutters afterwards.
