We clean textured finishes and newer render on homes and extensions across Thornaby. Walls that face away from the sun stay damp for long spells, and that's where green algae and black mould take hold first.
Mark is City & Guilds qualified in soft washing. He uses a low-pressure soft wash system with specialist solutions that kill the growth and help keep it away, then comes back about 6 weeks later to treat any remaining staining and rinse the walls off with light pressure.

Render cleaning starts from £250. The final price depends on the size of the walls, the type of render and access. Add a few photos to the quote form or call 07584 956981 for a fixed price.
It depends on the paint and its condition, so painted render is looked at case by case. Send a few photos with your quote request and we'll let you know.
A jet wash only removes what you can see, so algae can come back quickly. Our soft wash treatment kills the growth at the root, and on the second visit we rinse it off with light pressure.
We keep windows, doors and plants wet while we work, so the solution can’t stain the glass or harm your plants. If there's anything delicate near the walls, just let us know when we quote.
